About

We’re Gavin and Sophia, the duo behind Atomic Cakes. We’ve been running the studio for over 11 years, with Gavin bringing more than three decades of experience in pastry and cake design.

After 10 years in our retro Caulfield North shop, we’ve moved into a private studio where we can focus entirely on custom, made-to-order work.

It’s just the two of us, keeping things hands-on and considered, creating cakes that are as much about design as they are about taste.

We look forward to chatting with you to create something unique for your next event.
