3 weeks - 1 month minimum, but the longer the better to avoid missing out as we can only take on a certain number of orders per week depending upon time and complexity involved.

Terms and conditions
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Any orders made within 14 days of required date must be paid in full.
Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of pickup or delivery.
*Please note all cancellations will be charged an administration fee of $50.
COVID-19 response as of 15th July 2021
We understand that postponement or cancellation of your event may be unavoidable and we appreciate your understanding as we try to be flexible and offer alternative solutions that protect our small business also.
Postponement: We are happy to accommodate a rescheduling of event given we receive at least 7 days notice. Any money paid will be credited and transferred to a mutually agreeable date within the next 12 months.
Cancellation: Although our existing terms state that deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of your event we have extended this to 7 days notice if you wish to cancel, however the $50 administration fee still applies for all cancellations.
