Atomic Cakes is run and owned by quirky couple Gavin and Sophia.

Gavin is a pastry chef by trade and has been specializing in highly decorated cakes for 25 years. In this time he has put smiles on many faces including Peter Alexander and Shane Warne! Previously the Owner of Cake Palette in Albert Park, Atomic Cakes is their new venture together.
 

Sophia has an eye for detail and design and always has her finger on the pulse for current trends.
